Delivery Areas

We deliver to all Emirates in the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically takes 2�5 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders to Dubai and Abu Dhabi are usually delivered within 2�3 business days. Remote locations may take slightly longer.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders across the UAE. There are no delivery charges � the price you see is the price you pay.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Sunday to Thursday). Orders placed after 2pm UAE time, or on Fridays and Saturdays, will be processed on the following business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery in real time with our courier partner.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across the UAE. A COD handling fee may apply. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Packaging

All lamps are packaged with appropriate protective materials to minimise the risk of damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns Policy.
